Purpose
Managing and processing customer orders from the request to the delivery of the products; providing the contracted services; the specific purpose for which the data has been provided; as well as the accounting and administrative procedures necessary for the successful completion of the commercial relationship.
Legitimacy
Consent: at the time of entering the contractual or commercial relationship; when providing us with data for a specific purpose.
Contract execution: processing and managing orders until the products sold are delivered to the customer. Carrying out the contracted services.
Compliance with a legal obligation: where applicable.
Legitimate interest: in processing data for administrative and organizational purposes; as well as in sending communications about products or services similar to those previously purchased.
Data recipients
No data is transferred to third parties, except for the fulfilment of the contract and/or due to legal obligation.
No international data transfers are carried out and, if they were to be carried out, it will be ensured that the data is protected in a manner consistent with the GDPR.
Rights
You may exercise the rights listed below by sending a communication to equiptank@equiptank.com or to Polígon Industrial La Serra, S/N, Parcel·les 11, 12, 13 i 14, de Anglesola (25320 – Lleida), accompanied by a document proving your identity and providing the necessary details to process the request.
Access: the right to request confirmation at any time as to whether your personal data is being processed, to be provided with information about such data and its processing, and to obtain a copy of it.
Rectification: the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete personal data concerning you.
Erasure – also known as the right to be forgotten: the right to request the deletion of your personal data when, among other reasons and provided that a proportionality assessment is carried out, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and the right to information does not prevail.
However, this right is not absolute, so the data may continue to be kept duly blocked in the cases provided for by the applicable regulations.
The de-indexing of links relating to personal data is part of the right to be forgotten.
Opposition: the right to oppose the processing of your personal data, including profiling. Your right cannot be exercised when your data is processed for compelling legitimate reasons for processing or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
Restriction of processing: right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, which means that it can continue to be stored but not further processed if any of the following conditions are met:
.- You contest the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the data.
.- The processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of its use instead.
.- The data is no longer needed for the purposes of the processing, but is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
.- You have objected to the processing or requested its cancellation, while it is being verified whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over yours.
Portability: the right to have your data transferred to another data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right applies when the processing of your personal data is based on consent or on the performance of a contract and this processing is carried out by automated means.
Withdrawal of consent: when the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw or revoke it at any time, without retroactive effect.

With regard to rights, it should be noted that:
.- Copies of your personal data will be provided free of charge, although requests for additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
.- You may be required to provide further information necessary to process your request.
Automated individual decision-making and profiling: Not expected.
Storage period: In accordance with data protection regulations, personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, provided that you do not exercise your right of cancellation/deletion, and will subsequently be kept duly blocked for as long as necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing, until the end of the statutory limitation periods established in current regulations.
